+ Read MoreAs an interdisciplinary subject biopsychology elucidates the connections between the organization of the nervous system and behavior that enable us to see how individuals engage the world. The Biopsychology Concentration addresses the study of psychology and biology as complementary disciplines that are both enhanced when combined. The inclusion of courses from both domains provides students with a basis for understanding the relationship between psychology and biology at an advanced level. This concentration will appeal to science and humanities students with a pre-health emphasis, psychology students wanting additional biological studies and biology students interested in the brain/mind behavioral interface.
